When shopping inside of Turkey,you can return for free with Sürat Kargo by filling completely return form on the back of the bill at the latest within 14 days from the date of delivery product. But if costumer returns with another shipment firm, the cargo cost will belong to sender. When exceeding the specified time, the returns will not be accepted. Return time expired, without bill, label, washed, used, damaged products will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. In addition, home textile products in their original packaging with its all content should not be damaged physical and should not be used. When your return is accepted, product fee will be paid back to you within 3 days, after user approval. The next process completely depends on your bank. diesre.com has no right to interfere with your bank. The entire price of product you purchased will be paid back to your credit card. diesre.com is not responsible for delays which can be caused by unreachable contact numbers. WHAT SHOULD I CONSİDER WHEN RETURNİNG AN İTEM?
When your products reach the relevant department of diesre.com, process is carried out recalling you and loading your balance to your diesre account. If your orders are under your refund total balance, they cannot be changed. (the system will not allow you make shopping) your new order must be either same amount or more amount in total balance.
WHAT İS THE EXCHANGE AND RETURN PERİOD?
The right of withdrawal without no reason in Consumer Law only includes the first 14 days following the day you receive the product. If the product has any defects return time is restricted with max 30 days.
I HAVE RECEİVED A DEFECTİVE PRODUCT, SO WHAT DO I DO?
