I would like to give my received items back, what do I have to do?
To which address should I send my returns?
You can send your returns to our address stated on your invoice. If you can’t find any address on your invoice, please write down your contact information and the number of your order on an empty paper and send all together to: Çınarlık Mah.Atatürk Bulvarı.(Yukarı Eğercili)No:150 Çarşamba/SAMSUN

What is the deadline for returning an item?
The time limit for returns is 14 days. If there isn’t any cargo agency in your area, you may give your returns to Sürat Kargo’s mobile sections on the specified days. For evening dresses and designer fashion a different course values: Items have to be returned the same day you receive them. If you miss these deadlines, we can’t grant any withdraw.
n which circumstances and which items I can not make a return?
the deadline for returns is over, items without label, if the item has been used or the item is not in perfect condition anymore, returns or exchanges aren’t effected and the items will be sent back to you and you will be charged for the shipping costs. If the deadline for returns is over or in case of cosmetic products we are not able to send the items back to you.
What do I have to do if I receive a defective or wrong item?
Articles that have been incorrectly dispatched by Diesre.com can be returned for free if the items are unused and in perfect condition within 30 days upon receipt after contacting our customer service (0850 450 55 55). Beyond this time limit items cannot be withdrawn or exchanged. For the price of the item, as well as for any shipping cost, you, dear customer, will be refunded.
Can I exchange my received items?
Due to campaigns and permanent update of our stocks it is unfortunately not possible to exchange items. If you would like to exchange an item, you may do this as a return transaction. If the item you desire is available in our stocks, you can place a new order.
Do I pay the shipping cost if I return items?
You can send us your returns free of charge by Sürat Kargo.
I would like to cancel my order. What do I have to do?
